The study of conceptual approaches to defining the essence of digital legal relations through digital rights will make it possible to turn the modern legislation of Kazakhstan in the direction of understanding digital relations not as a form of existing legal relations, but as an independent type of legal relationship, supported by new rights in the context of the digital transformation of society. The implementation of this project has a progressive effect in understanding the place of the subject in modern digital processes, issues of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of subjects, the possibility of exercising their own rights without discrimination based on information technology capabilities, and confidentiality issues.

It is also planned to create a scenario project of a legal model for securing digital rights in Kazakhstan (proposals for the development of legislation, including codified ones, for the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan) The publication of scientific papers will lead to an increase in scientific information, which will have an impact on the development of the digital economy, scientific theories, and concepts in the field of the legal protection of the interests of the country's population.
