Alikhan Bokeikhan University implements pedagogical retraining courses according to the educational program "PR-0012 Pedagogical retraining" included in the Registry of educational programs Unified system of management of higher education.
The courses are conducted for persons with a professional education, who do not have a pedagogical education, who are starting the professional activity of a teacher for the first time in the appropriate profile.
The educational program "PR-0012 Pedagogical retraining" of Alikhan Bokeikhan University is designed to train Teachers in the following areas:
Biology teacher
History teacher
Informatics teacher
Teacher of Kazakh language and literature
Foreign language teacher
Teacher of Russian language and literature in schools with Kazakh language of education
Teacher of the organization of preschool education
Chess teacher;
Career guidance teacher.
Students who have successfully completed pedagogical retraining programs are issued a certificate with an appendix for 3 (three) languages that grant the right to carry out pedagogical activities in the system of secondary and preschool education.
Certificate and application for 3 (three) languages have special degrees of protection and are acquired in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1162, and are also subject to mandatory registration in the NOBD

- Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2018 No. 595 "On approval of Standard Rules for the activities of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education" (as amended by Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/18/2022 No. 145)
