Research Center "Actual problems of jurisprudence"

The Center carries out organizational and coordinating activities in the research development direction of the university division on the basis of a perspective research plan approved by the ABU Academic Council.

The main objectives of the Center are:

- Implementation of research work within the framework of the long-term ABU research plan;

- Implementation of educational and methodological work on the development and implementation of innovative educational technologies, the organization of all types of practice, with consideration of educational standards;

- Preparation and holding of scientific conferences, seminars, symposiums, round tables and other events;

- Development of international cooperation in research activities;

- Support and promotion of scientific projects and developments, their implementation in law enforcement;

To achieve these goals, Center sets the following tasks:

- Development of scientific research in the field of theoretical and practical jurisprudence;

- Development of new methods of teaching legal disciplines with objective of improving the preparation of bachelor and master students, doctors of jurisprudence and law;

- Carrying out research activities of the faculty within the university and interuniversity level;

- Providing support for research work and projects of teachers, students, undergraduates, doctoral students, finding sources of funding;

- Preparation and methodological review of scientific papers (monographs, project articles);

- Organization and holding of scientific, scientific and methodological conferences, seminars, round tables, forums, competitions;

- Providing consultation help to individuals in order to improve their scientific and pedagogical qualifications (undergraduates, doctoral students);

- Participation in scientific projects of the university;

- Reviewing and examination of scientific works on the problems of jurisprudence and law;

- Cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, scientific and educational centers in the field of legal professional education;

- Cooperation with judicial, law enforcement agencies, enterprises for the purpose of mutual exchange of experience and implementation of research results;

- Informing the University, scientific and professional public with the results of the Center's work through the media.
