Alikhan Bokeikhan University actively fosters connections with leading universities in India

From March 10th to March 18th, 2024, a delegation from Alikhan Bokeikhan University visited India as part of the Academic Visitors Programme of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). 

Productive meetings were held at prominent Indian universities and the ICCR Headquarters in Delhi.

During their visit, the delegates visited the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Savitribai Phule Pune University, English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), and University of Hyderabad, as well as various technology centers and startup companies in Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Through bilateral meetings with university representatives, specific directions for the development of academic exchanges, joint programs, cultural connections, and projects in creative industries and startups were identified.

This visit was made possible with the active support and assistance of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan and the ICCR in Astana, as well as the ICCR Headquarters in Delhi and the Regional Offices of ICCR in Mumbai, Pune, and South Bengaluru.
