The title "Best University Teacher" is assigned to teachers of higher education institutions with high achievements in pedagogical and scientific activities in order to encourage and support them, according to the Rules approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 16, 2015 № 124.
