The international scholarship "Bolashak" was established on November 5, 1993 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev. For the first time in the history of the independent state, talented youth were given the opportunity to receive education abroad. The Bolashak Scholarship has become a kind of guarantor of successful career growth and professional self-realization of its graduates.
