Academic mobility financed by Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Dear students!

Academic mobility from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the RK offers grants to study for 1 semester (fall semester) in the European university during 2023-2024 academic year.

Total number of grants - 3 places.

Students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd courses of all specialties, studying on a grant basis, who wish to study in their specialty in European universities, are allowed to participate in the competition. The choice of a particular university will be carried out considering the direction of the student's study and the results of the competition.

Requirements for applicants:

- Maximum grade point average (GPA of 3.3 or higher);

- Achievements in educational and scientific activity (confirmed by diplomas, certificates, etc.);

- Knowledge of English language not lower than "Intermediate", confirmed by the relevant certificate or the results of the exam in the department of international cooperation ABU.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Maximum grade point average (GPA of 3.3 or higher);

- Achievements in educational and scientific activities (confirmed by diplomas, certificates, etc.); 

- English language proficiency of at least "Intermediate", confirmed by an appropriate certificate or the results of the exam in the department of international cooperation ABU.

List of documents for participation in the competition:

- Application according to the established form;

- A copy of an ID card and a foreign passport (if available);

- Letters of recommendation from the dean of the faculty and from the department;

- Copies of certificates, diplomas, letters of appreciation;

- Certificate of foreign language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL);

- Transcript in the prescribed form by the results of the winter examination session;

- Copies of birth certificates of four or more cohabiting minor children or a copy of the court decision on adoption (for large families);

- Document confirming that the student does not have parents (for the category of students who are orphans or students without parental care;

- Document confirming disability of the student (if any).

- Photo 3x4 (2 pcs);

- File binder (blue).

Deadline for submission of documents to the Department of International Cooperation until May 26, 2023 at the address: 11, Mangilik El St., Administrative Building ABU, 4th floor, room №23.
