Elena Shustova, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at ABU visited the University of Finance and Management in Białystok (Republic of Poland). During meetings with the top management of the Polish partner university, the parties discussed a wide range of issues concerning the development of academic and scientific cooperation. The meeting was attended by the rector of WSFiZ, dr Edward Hościłowicz, prof., vice-rector dr Anatoliusz Kopczuk, prof., vice-rector dr Elżbieta Ambrożej, as well as the director of the ABU Business School, Prof. Vesselin Blagoev.
Delivering lectures in foreign universities is one of the key indicators of the development of academic mobility of the university’s teaching staff. During this visit, Elena Shustova delivered a course of lectures on "Banking" in English to students of the University of Finance and Management in Białystok. The course covered issues such as the history of the modern banking system, the classification of banks and banking operations, and the principles of effective communication with banks.
The Director of the ABU Business School, Vesselin Blagoev, delivered lectures on the course "International Business Management" to WSFiZ students in English, highlighting the challenges and trends faced by business on a global scale.
