International Business School of Alikhan Bokeikhan University announces the start of the new module for students in the MBA and EMBA programs. This stage of the program aims to explore the strategic development of an international career, legal aspects of doing business in a global context and modern methods of optimizing business processes in companies. Within the framework of this module, master's students develop key competencies necessary for working in an international environment, study the legal mechanisms for regulating commercial activities and master tools for improving the efficiency of organizations.

Lecturer: Shustova Elena Pavlovna - PhD, MBA, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at ABU.

The discipline "Strategy for the Development of an International Career" is aimed at mastering the basic principles and strategies of career management in a global environment, developing skills for successful professional activity in international companies and in global labor markets. During the course, master's students also develop strategies for managing an international career and developing a global mindset by analyzing global labor markets, cultural factors, and the specifics of the international labor market in modern conditions.

Lecturer: Pozhidaeva Natalia Aleksandrovna - Director of the Production System of Sberbank and Processes of the Siberian Bank of PJSC Sberbank, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Financial Market and Financial Institutions of NSUEM. Candidate of Economic Sciences (Finance).

Discipline "Reengineering of Business Processes". The course is devoted to the analysis and redesign of business processes in order to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility. Students will learn methods for identifying bottlenecks in processes, optimizing work processes, and integrating technological solutions. Particular attention is paid to strategic alignment, change management, 

and performance measurement to ensure organizational transformation.

Lecturer: Ibragimova Flyura Galimovna - Candidate of Law, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at Alikhan Bokeikhan University, expert at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expert at the National Center for Higher Education Development. 

The course "International Business Law" is aimed at an in-depth study of the legal foundations of international trade, entrepreneurship and corporate activities in a global context. As part of the course, students will become familiar with the principles and mechanisms for regulating international commercial relations, including issues of contract law, arbitration, cross-border transactions and intellectual property protection.
