US Expert Has Started Work at Alikhan Bokeikhan University

✨ On September 6, 2024, Alikhan Bokeikhan University hosted a meeting with Douglas Mooney an English Language Fellow, and his spouse Ruthann Schulte.

📝 As part of the U.S. diplomatic mission to Kazakhstan, cultural and educational programs, including international academic projects, are being implemented.

🗣️ The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the Fellow to the university staff and discuss key areas of collaboration for the new academic year. Throughout the year, Mr. Mooney will work with students, faculty, and administrative staff, enhancing intercultural communication and improving English language proficiency. Special focus will be on the "English Language with an Additional Foreign Language" program.

✨ Mr. Mooney will share his extensive experience and the latest teaching methodologies with ABU's faculty, contributing significantly to the quality of education.

🤝 The English Language Fellow Program has been successfully running in Kazakhstan for several years with the active support of the U.S. Embassy, fostering cultural and informational exchange between the citizens of Kazakhstan and the United States.
