The International Business School Alikhan Bokeikhan University annually holds summer, autumn and winter sessions, training workshops for schoolchildren and students with the involvement of leading foreign experts in the field of business on the development of entrepreneurial skills among young people. 

Thus, on December 1-2, 2022, the ABU – 2022 International Winter School on Entrepreneurship was held: "Business Planning: methodological aspects", organized jointly with the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management "NINH" (Novosibirsk, Russia). 

The main goal of the School is to form a set of skills for participants in planning, developing, justifying and organizing business projects in changing market conditions in various sectors of the economy.

The following issues are considered in the winter school program:

- the role of business planning in modern entrepreneurship; 

− goals and objectives of business planning; 

− structure of the business plan; 

− methodology of the financial model of the project and evaluation indicators

  the effectiveness of an entrepreneurial project; 

− the relationship of the main sections of the business plan; 

− typical mistakes and shortcomings in business planning.

Speakers of the program:

Elena Pavlovna Shustova, PhD, MBA, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Alikhan Bokeikhan University.

Kolozhvari Yulia Borisovna, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management "NINH", Ph.D. in Economics, expert in the field of business planning.
